Please read these SMS Terms of Service carefully. By opting in to receive text messages from Interwest Refrigeration LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Program Description

Interwest Refrigeration LLC sends text messages to commercial business owners, facility managers, and restaurant operators who have requested refrigeration installation, maintenance, or repair services. Messages include transactional updates, service appointment confirmations, technician arrival alerts, job status updates, and digital invoices.

 

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service requests and ongoing maintenance needs. You will receive messages only as necessary to facilitate your requested services.

 

3. Cost

Interwest Refrigeration LLC does not charge for our text messaging program. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier depending on your mobile service plan.

 

4. How to Opt-In

You can opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS opt-in box on our online service request forms or on our physical, signed field work orders.

 

5. How to Opt-Out (Cancellation)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our messaging program is available across major mobile carriers;

however, delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your network operator.

 

8. Privacy

We respect your data privacy. Your mobile information and consent details will be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.interwestrefrigeration.net/privacy-policy). Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
